The goal? To prepare you to jump into real needs in Guatemala—whether that’s supporting our safe houses, contributing to the training centers, offering your skills at our medical clinic, or stepping into leadership roles on teams like medical, construction, college outreach, internships, village development, and more. 

Maybe you're asking – “what does that look like”? 

You might spend a few weeks mentoring young people through our internship program, assist in expanding our medical services by volunteering your professional expertise, or learn a consistent trip role—so each time you return, you’re trained and ready to lead in that area. You could also help coordinate special outreach weeks: from leading camp experiences for children, to hosting retreats for staff, to organizing construction or medical service weeks. We’ll also need boots-on-the-ground leaders to help recruit and support incoming teams for these events. 

We realize that not everyone is called to move to Guatemala—but many are called to make a difference. The Crash creates a space for you to do just that. 

Whether you bring a specialized skill set or simply a willing spirit, we’ll help you find your place to serve with purpose and impact. 

We don’t know exactly what the future holds. Like a rhino, we may not be able to see far ahead—but we’re charging forward in faith. And we know we can’t do it alone.
