Ministry Update July 2026
Dear Friends,
Every now and then, God does something that makes you stop and look around in amazement.
Over the past several years, we have prayed for specific needs within Dare for More. We have prayed for leadership in our medical ministry. We have prayed for help with mission teams. We have prayed for additional support for our safe house and the growing needs of the ministry. Like many prayers, these requests were offered faithfully over time, trusting God to provide in His timing.
What has surprised me is how many of those prayers He has answered all at once.
Cristian & Anna Reinosa
For years, we have been praying for a Medical Director. God not only provided a Medical Director in Cristian Reinosa, He provided a medical team. Cristian and his wife, Anna, a nurse with a heart for medical missions, will be joining us as they prepare to serve in Guatemala. Together they bring experience, compassion, and a shared calling to serve others. As they begin raising support and preparing for their move, we are excited to see how God will use them to strengthen and grow our medical ministry.
Wes Bowman
At the same time, Wes Bowman is stepping into a larger role with Dare for More. Wes has been part of this ministry from the very beginning. As my brother, he has watched the ministry grow from an idea into what it is today. Over the past several years, he has faithfully served behind the scenes, helping with teams, relationships, and countless projects. Now he will be helping lead mission teams, build donor relationships, and represent Dare for More in new ways as we continue to grow.
We are also excited to welcome Colton Trew to the team. Colton will serve in Guatemala, investing in the boys in our safe house, supporting families during vulnerable moments, helping with discipleship efforts, and assisting with mission teams. His presence will be a tremendous encouragement to both our staff and the families we serve.
Colton Trew
As I look at each of these individuals, I am struck by how specifically God has provided. These are not simply positions being filled. These are people uniquely gifted for the work ahead.
Their roles are different, but together they represent something important: growth. Growth in our ability to care for families. Growth in our medical ministry. Growth in our mission teams. Growth in our capacity to serve those God has entrusted to us.
Most of all, they remind me that God continues to build this ministry. We are grateful for each person He sends and excited to see how their gifts, experiences, and callings will impact the lives of women, children, and families for years to come.
As Cristian and Anna, Wes, and Colton begin the process of raising support and preparing for these new roles, we would love for you to pray for them. Pray that God would provide the resources they need, encourage them throughout the process, and continue to confirm His calling as they prepare for the next chapter. We are hopeful that over the next 12–18 months, each of them will be fully engaged in the work God has prepared for them.
With gratitude,
